Collection from the GC Basketball Office or NBL1 Game Day's
Please select "pick up" from the delivery options for click & collect. Should you wish to collect on game day or night, please enter the details of the game you are attending in the notes section of the order.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
Shipping/Dispatch
For orders placed before 12pm AEDT, we endeavour to process within 1-2 business days (excluding Fridays and the weekends). During sale events, peak season times and NBL1, there may be a slightly longer processing time. All GC Basketball orders are hand-picked and packed from the Gold Coast (South East QLD), Australia.
Should your order be urgent, we suggest selecting the Express Shipping option which ships via Australia Post Express Shipping. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon despatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please email our friendly Customer Service team at: accounts@gccrba.com.au

We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to the list.

Please contact your local customs office for this information. International customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We will declare Invoice amounts on your shipment.
Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days (Australia wide), we will then take all necessary action to track down your parcel.
